KSR was established in Switzerland with a first branch in Zürich in 1999 and another in Basel in 2002. As a result of our growth, we are launching a third branch in Geneva and looking for an individual with a strong commercial drive to develop our business in that region. As our
Branch Manager
you will be responsible for all business development activities in the region. Your activities will include developing a sales and recruitment strategy for the branch, consultative selling (prospecting, face-to-face sales visits, presentations and proposals), participating in industry events, etc. You will be responsible for achieving challenging objectives and managing expenses. You will also be building, leading, guiding and coaching a team of scientific recruiters.
To be considered for this position, you must have a university degree in life sciences or chemistry combined with a minimum of 5 years of sales or management experience, ideally dealing with services and/or supplies and equipment in the scientific industry. You must also be interested in recruitment and be able to sell value-added services to a scientific customer base.
